Terms of Service

By commissioning me as an artist, for any kind of artwork, I will work under the assumption that you have read and have agreed to the terms listed below.


I. General Terms

All commissions will be handled either through Twitter or Discord direct messaging, depending on where the client is comfortable.I reserve the right to decline your commission order.I reserve the right to alter my terms of service (TOS) and my prices as I deem necessary at any time.


Artist’s Stipulations:

I will draw:

• Humans/Humanoids
• Furries
• OCs
• Fan art
• SFW character designs
• Implied/Light NSFW
• Small amounts of violence/gore
• Cinematics/Scenery

I will not draw:

• Complex armor designs
• Complex mecha designs
• Complex guns
• Heavy gore
• Heavy smut/kinks
• Culturally insensitive artworks
• Homophobic/Transphobic themes


II. Payment

Payments will be done either through Gcash, or PayPal.When commissioning, you must pay a downpayment of 50% of the commission price after the planning process (for sketches) or the sketched draft (for line art, base color, and full render) before the artist will proceed with the commission.However, if you pay for your commission fully upfront, you will be given a 15% discount. However, you will not be liable to receive a refund should you choose to cancel.For any edits/alterations to the agreed-upon planned illustration, I reserve the right to ask for an additional payment with a starting price of US$1.For more details about the starting prices, please check my art portfolio here:


III. Process

The order of commissions will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.It is highly recommended that you provide any kind of visual reference(s) for your commission. If not, I will provide them for you and ask for confirmation before proceeding with the commission.For commissions like line arts, and colored commissions, once the client (you) and the artist (I) have agreed on the final sketch, the artist will wait for the downpayment or the full upfront payment before proceeding with the commission.For sketch commissions, once the client (you) and the artist (I) have agreed on the base sketch of the pose and composition, the artist will wait for the downpayment or the full upfront payment before proceeding with the commission.Updates regarding your commission will be given whenever the client wants to or has something to confirm, or when the client personally asks for it.At most, your commission may take up to 3 months depending on many factors such as health issues, personal emergencies, order of commissions, or complexity. If any of these were to occur, all clients will be notified ASAP.


IV. Customer Satisfaction

As stated earlier, for any edits/alterations to the agreed-upon planned illustration, I reserve the right to ask for additional payment with a starting price of US$1.For full-render artworks, only small changes are allowed to be made, unless the client is willing to make an additional payment of US$5 or more, depending on the complexity of the request.Minor coloring/marking mistakes are considered to be small changes.Changes, additions, and/or subtractions to the outfit, background, or the character's anatomy/color scheme are considered large changes that will require an additional payment.


V. Copyright/Usage Policy

As the artist, I retain full ownership and copyright of the produced drawing, with all associated rights. Consequently, I have the authority to utilize the copyrighted artwork for various purposes, which include but are not limited to:

1. Promoting myself on any platform or website.
2. Publishing the artwork in books or other publications.
3. Displaying the artwork in any manner that I deem suitable.
4. Posting the artwork wherever I choose.

On the other hand, the client is granted certain permissions and restrictions in relation to the copyrighted artwork:

1. The client may use the copyrighted artwork solely for personal use unless alternative arrangements have been previously discussed and agreed upon.
2. They may claim rights to their respective character(s), but not to the overall drawing itself.
3. The client is permitted to use the artwork to promote themselves, provided proper credit is given to the artist.
4. Unauthorized use of the artwork for financial gain is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand.

Any violation of the copyright terms will result in the forfeiture of all rights previously granted to the client. Instances of copyright infringement encompass but are not limited to, the following:

1. Commercial reproduction or usage of copyrighted artwork for profit-making purposes.
2. False attribution of authorship to any entity other than the artist.
Removal or alteration of any watermarks, signatures, or any other identifying marks without prior consent from the artist.
3. Modification or manipulation of the artwork without obtaining consent from the artist.
4. For those seeking commercial rights to the artwork, such rights may be obtained at a cost of 300% of the original price. Commercial rights entail the ability to use the artwork for various commercial activities, including but not limited to:

a. Merchandising products featuring the artwork.
b. Incorporating the artwork into book covers or as props.
c. Modifying the artwork to suit branding requirements.
d. Using the artwork to promote one's own brand.
Regardless of any modifications or alterations made to the artwork, proper credit to the artist is still mandatory for any usage.

VI. Canceling/Refunding Policy

For sketches and line art, the client has 24hrs upon paying the downpayment to cancel their commission and be able to receive a 50% refund once the work has been started. The commission can still be canceled after the 24hrs time limit but without a refund.For base color and full render, the client has until the start of coloring to cancel their commission and receive a 50% refund. However, once the coloring process has begun, the commission can still be canceled without a refund.As the artist, I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the commission.If the downpayment has not been sent yet the client has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.Additionally, you will be blacklisted from ever commissioning from me, ArumBunny, ever again. And your name will be publicly posted where I deem fit for others to watch out for.
Furthermore, I have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
Any of these terms can be changed if so discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
